Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Engage Loop at any time, in two ways:

Option 1 — From your dashboard

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Disconnect Instagram to immediately revoke our access token and stop all automation.
  3. Click Delete account to permanently remove your profile, campaigns, and all stored lead data within 30 days.

Option 2 — Via Instagram/Meta

You can also revoke Engage Loop's access directly from Instagram: open the Instagram app → Settings → Apps and Websites → Engage Loop → Remove Access. This immediately invalidates our access token; we delete any cached data within 30 days of revocation.

Manual request

Prefer we do it for you? Email privacy@engageloop.appfrom the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data." We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
