By creating an Engage Loop account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Engage Loop connects to your Instagram Business account via Meta's official API and automatically sends direct messages to users who comment configured keywords on your posts or reels.
You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and DMs, and for complying with Instagram's Platform Policy and Community Guidelines. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Automated messages must not be used for spam, deceptive offers, or content that violates Meta's policies.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or trigger repeated enforcement action from Meta.
Engage Loop depends on Instagram's API and Meta's infrastructure. We aren't responsible for outages, rate limits, or policy changes on Meta's side that affect delivery of your automated messages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Engage Loop after changes means you accept the revised terms.
