Engage Loop ("we", "us") provides Instagram automation tools that reply to comments with direct messages on behalf of connected accounts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). When you connect Instagram, Meta shares your Instagram Business account ID, basic profile info, and an access token scoped to the permissions you approve. We also store the comments, usernames, and follow status of people who interact with your campaigns.
We use your Instagram access token solely to detect qualifying comments and send the automated DMs you configure. We use lead data (commenter username, keyword matched, follow status) to show you campaign performance in your dashboard. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We retain lead and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Instagram or delete your account, we delete the associated access token immediately and lead data within 30 days.
You can disconnect your Instagram account or delete your Engage Loop account at any time from Account Settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions for details on requesting removal of your data.
